Return Process

  Head over to our Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you want to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your preferred return method and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to ensure a smooth transit.

• 3.
  Pack It Up

  Place your items back in their original packaging with tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Your Credit

  Once our warehouse processes your return, we will email you a Dolls Kill digital gift card for the full value of your returned items.
